A five hundred dollar ($500.00) security deposit must be sent at the time your reservation is made to
hold the home. The rental fee, cleaning fee and taxes must be
received forty five (45) days prior to your arrival.
Check in is
at 4 PM at the start of your vacation, check out is by 10 AM on
the last day. Security deposit will be returned within one week of
your stay if there is no damage to the property.
